I’m thinking a lot about teams, teamwork, collaboration, and my role on the various professional and personal teams I’ve been on and am currently on. It’s a function of being a year removed from such an amazing experience LiveIntent and onto an equally extraordinary experience Help Scout. The timing, I mean. It resonated. Not only the pyramid and its layers and levels, but his definition of success. “Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best that you are capable of being.”

#iamgrateful and #iamthankful for all this stuff. I love these models and frameworks and ways of thinking. And these are the kinds of things we all know, but we often forget, which therefore benefits from a not infrequent reminder.
